Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting J-Shade Records LLC. Please review our shipping guidelines below for all merchandise orders.
1. Fulfillment & Processing Time
  • All merchandise is made-to-order.
  • Apparel: Typically takes 2–7 business days to create.
  • Non-Apparel (Posters, etc.): Typically takes 2–5 business days to create.
  • You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Carriers & Methods
We utilize a variety of carriers to ensure the best delivery experience. Our preferred carriers are utilized in the following order of priority based on availability for your specific items and destination:
  1. USPS (Primary for most standard domestic shipments)
  2. UPS
  3. FedEx (Typically used for larger items or expedited shipping)
3. Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times are in addition to the fulfillment period mentioned above:
  • USA: 3–4 business days after fulfillment.
  • International: 5–20 business days depending on the destination and local customs processing.
4. Shipping Rates
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
5. Delivery Restrictions
  • PO Boxes: While USPS can deliver to PO Boxes, larger items may be shipped via UPS or FedEx, which cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We recommend using a physical address to avoid delays.
  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility due to an incorrect address, the Artist/Client will be responsible for reshipment costs.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
  • Damaged Items: If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage for a replacement.
  • Lost in Transit: For packages that do not arrive, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Note: We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.
